Students and trainees in hotels, restaurants, catering colleges, contract catering and the armed services up to the age of 23. Chef Member: £35.00. Aged 23 and over. Associate Member: £40.00. Open to individuals working in the hospitality industry who wish to participate in the activities of the British Culinary Federation. Corporate Member: £100.00 Open to companies and educational establishments and offers full membership benefits for up to 4 people at a discounted rate. Honorary Member: Honorary free membership is awarded at the discretion of the British Culinary Federation for outstanding services to the culinary profession.
